Mail server issues (updated)
Due to recent network infrastructure issues, users that attempted to register on the site in the last 5 days may not have received a confirmation email to confirm and complete their registration. Those users have been manually confirmed by the site administrators and should now be able to log in using the email and password they specified during registration.
To repeat what is in the FAQ, registration is NOT required for pilots to be able to participate in the program. Pilots that do register will be sent emails of relevant upcoming ZLA events, if they have 'opted in' to receive such news.
If you have are having trouble becoming registered on the site, do not let it deter you from undertaking your rating.
We anticipate having full email capability restored in the coming days. At the moment, the mail delivery capability is limited.
Update 9/11/07: Mail sending is now fully functioning.
Update 1/30/08: certain domains are still unable to receive email from us (such as comcast.net), use the Feedback link to notify us if you have not received your validation email, and we will manually confirm your registration.
