Shawn Goldsworthy passes I7, on paper, anyway
In what be the most clearly documented case of the blind leading the blind, Shawn "Shawn Goldsworthy" Goldsworthy completed his I7 rating under the cataract-ridden eye of Eugene "T&A" Zapolufficus.
"Shawn didn't even fly," hissed the irritated long-standing character from Sesame Street, "he told me if I didn't sign him off that I wouldn't be allowed to leave the house."
"But, I haven't left my house since I was 6 anyway," protested the Zapolufficus.
"Oh, this is awkward," stuttered Shawn, as he mustered the strength of all 58 of his on-duty brain cells to hatch another scheme. "Then...if you don't sign this....", the plan forming with glacier-like pace, "I will MAKE you leave your house."
Shawn was flattered to be the star of the show at a surprise party held the next day in his honor. Attendance was mandatory for all ZLA controllers, lest they be banished to Yuma Delivery. Thank you, Shawn, for organizing it.
