Congratulations to Phil Dornfeld on passing the I-11 rating under the watch of Jason Baxter. In the result submission, Jason mentioned that Phil "used an interesting tactic to meet his enemy. He appeared to fly in a
series of S's in an attempt to surround the [approach course] and force it to
surrender the rating."
